Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the craftsmanship in our ornaments.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the special nature of certain ornaments:

  • Personalized Ornaments with custom engravings or names cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
  • Limited-edition Specialty Ornaments marked as “final sale”
  • Ornaments purchased more than 15 days ago

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our holiday-loving team will respond within 2 business hours during peak season
  3. Package Carefully – Return items in original packaging with all protective materials

  5. Receive Refund/Exchange – Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: Customer pays for shipping of new item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ornament arrives damaged (heaven forbid!):

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Email to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll send a replacement immediately (no return needed for damaged personalized items)

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns to reach us
